Stuffed Carnival Squash with lentils, kale, balsamic vinegar, onions, brown rice, fresh local cranberries...wowed them all at the staff potluck! And aren't they the cutest things ever!!
Absolute love for cooking. I have been vegan for 10 years now and vegetarian for about 19 years. It has been a gradual progression for me and my cooking styles. Love new ideas and essentially just love sharing food. On that note... Enjoy!
